What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit card payments or paypal payments. Both options are available at checkout. Do you ship internationally? What about APO/FPO/US Territories? Yes, we ship internationally. We ship to our service men and women around the globe using the US Postal Service. We also ship to US Territories including Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, and Federated States of Micronesia. Follow these tips to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible: Overseas military addresses must contain the APO or FPO designation along with a two-character "state" abbreviation of AE, AP, or AA and the ZIP Code.
What shipping methods are available and how much do they cost? We absolutely do not make any profit off of shipping/handling. The exact price that we pay for shipping/handling is being passed on directly to you. Singlarity Tees ships to the USA and internationally to 56 countries, APO/FPO Military Addresses, and US Territories. We currently only offer ground shipping, which typically arrives within 3-5 business days. We get charged $4.99, no matter how large your order (1 shirt or 1,000 shirts) and we pass this cost directly to you with no markup. In the next few months we plan to offer more shipping options, such as express overnight shipping. *Not available to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US Territories. Please note - Some orders may not be eligible for all shipping methods. Eligible shipping methods for your specific order will be displayed during order checkout. How do I track my package? After your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your account. What size shirt should I order? Our tshirts and other gear are fulfilled by the awesome platform at printfection.com. Check out their sizing chart for size information. How do I change/cancel/return an order? If you want to change, cancel, or return an order you need to call our fulfillment company, printfection.com, toll-free 1-866-459-7990 or for customers outside the USA call 1-303-459-7990 and they will hook you up. If for any reason printfection does not satisfy your need please contact us immediately at singularitytees@gmail.com I have a great idea for a shirt! Do you want to buy it? If you have a good shirt idea, send it to singularitytees@gmail.com, and if we want to make it we will give you a free t-shirt of your choice. Feel free to include multiple ideas in one email. Why didn't I receive a confirmation email? Some email providers mark confirmation emails as spam or block them completely. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are not able to find it there you can email singularitytees@gmail.com and we can confirm that the order was placed. What name will appear on my credit card bill?
